Domestic orders are shipped twice a week and should be expected to arrive within 7 business days. We ship all orders via US Postal Mail.
International orders are shipped via US Postal Air Mail and generally arrive in 10 business days. For your customs tracking number, please email ravenrec@panix.com and it will be sent right away.

Why does my order look like I'm paying for 3 CD's when your promotion says 3 for the price of 2?
Sorry for the confusion, our offer is still in place. You will not be charged for all three CD's. We could not set up the website to recognize 3 for 2, so we charge all credit cards manually here in the office, so don't worry, you will only be charged for the two cd's.
